名画欣赏解读：  

　Female [ 'fi:meil ] 
　 a. 雌的,女(性)的
　 n. 雌性的动物,女子
　1. All the female workers in this factory got a present on March 8.
   这家工厂的所有女职工在三八节都得到了一份礼物。
　2. The male voice is deeper than the female.
   男性的嗓音比女性的低沉。

　Portrait [ 'pɔ:trit ] 
　 n. 肖像,画像
　1. She had her portrait painted.
   她让人给自己画了像。
　2. He finished the portrait in a few minutes.
   他几分钟就完成了一副肖像画.

　Prolonged [ prə'lɔŋd ] 
　 a. 持续很久的(长时期的,长时间的)
　1. After prolonged questioning, she finally confessed.
   她受到长时间的盘问之後，终於承认了。
　2. The crowd burst into prolonged cheering.
   人群中爆发出长时间的欢呼声。

1. 绘画愈像雕刻,映在我眼里愈觉得它是出色的作品,雕刻愈像绘画,我就愈觉得它是拙劣的作品;雕刻是绘画的火把,它们就如太阳与月亮的光,有天壤之别。

3. 天花板的颜色宜轻不宜重，因为轻气上升为天，浊气下沉为地。天花板宜用轻清的颜色，符合天轻地重之义。
