- 太古无法，太朴不散，太朴一散而法立矣。法于何立，立于一画，一画者，众有之本，万象之根，见用于神，藏用于人；而世人不知，所以一画之法，乃自我立。立一画之法者，盖以无法生有法，以有法贯众法也。
- 作为立体主义的创始人， 毕加索是以“亚威农的少女”一画完全颠覆了过去具象写实的传统手法，成为立体主义的先声的。
- 后印象派是法国19世纪末一重要的绘画流派。一批以印象主义起家的画家，在趋于光色再现客观真实的极端中，从个同的角度意识到形和色的表现之功能，逐渐改弦更张。
