1. 黑白分明的画不宜挂在白色的墙上，以免强烈的刺激令人产生视觉疲劳
2. 灶台与洗菜池的距离不易太远或太近，因为若意外地烧着了东西，可以短距离内有水灭火。
3. 施工中布线线路一定要上下竖直，左右平直，电线一定套PVC线管及配件，遇到不能破坏的剪力墙或承重墙等，其线路一定要套防蜡管绝缘材料。
