1. 野兽派吸收了东方和非洲艺术的表现手法,在绘画中注意创造一种有别于西方古典绘画的疏﹑简的意境,有明显的写意倾向。有人把野兽派看作是广义的表现主义运动的一部分。
2. 唯美主义崇尚古希腊雕刻的情趣, 十九世纪初从雅典运来的巴特农神坛上的古希腊美女雕刻被大英博物馆收藏, 英国人第一次接触到古希腊古典大师的作品, 对十九世纪末英国艺术家产生很大影响。
3. 最具有洛可可风格的是弗朗索瓦·布歇（ FrancoisBoucher，1703—1770）。

1. 通常蓝、紫色调最易引起眼睛疲劳，红、橙次之，黄绿、绿、蓝绿、淡青等色调引起视力疲劳的较少。
2. 卧室配画要凸出温馨、浪漫的氛围，人物、花卉都是不错的题材，需要提醒的是：不要仅仅将结婚照作为卧室长久不变得挂画，要知道是人都有审美疲劳。
3. 金属现代感、玻璃家具 这类钢管、冷色家具适合银色系的画框，内容以抽象画作搭配较适宜，建筑图也不错。
