1. 美是奇异的。它是艺术家从世界的喧嚣和他自身灵魂的磨难中铸造出来的东西
2. 野兽派是二十世纪以后，最早形成的艺术运动之一。野兽派的画家受后印象主义影响，认为绘画要表达主观的感受，不作明暗表现，常大胆地应用平涂式的强烈原色和弯曲起伏的轮廓线，并将描绘的景物予以简化，画面颇富于装饰性。
3. 印象主义是一个松散的艺术社团。这个社团没有明确的纲领。艺术家集合在一起，仅仅因为画风比较一致，便于共同举办展览。
