1. 光源最好从左侧后方射入，以利于书写阅读等活动的进行。在写字台位置设置的书写台灯或墙上设置的壁灯光源，也应从左后方或左前方照射过来。
2. 挂画的适当位置，最好等家具定位再做考量，悬挂高度须以家具高度为依据外，主要画面中线最好不要高过人的平视线。
3. 写字台高度应为750-780mm，考虑到腿在桌子下面的活动区域，要求桌下净高不小于580mm。座椅一般高度为380-450mm，以方便人的活动需求。
