3. 在料理台的下方，宽度最好能内缩3～6厘米，做饭时长时间站立，若不能稍微弯曲膝盖，让双脚轮流休息，则极易感觉疲倦，所以最好内缩3～6厘米，让双脚有较大的活动空间。
