2. 办公桌的排列应按照直线对称的原则和工作程序的顺序，其线路以最接近直线为佳，防止逆流与交叉现象。同室工作人员应朝同一个方向办公，不可面面相对，以免相互干扰和闲谈。
3. 底柜最好采用大抽屉柜的形式，即使是最下层的物品，拉开抽屉就能触手可及，免去蹲下身手伸向里面取东西的麻烦。
