1. 古埃及有崇拜“金牛”之风，所谓“金牛”是体上有特别的斑纹的黑牡牛，据说这是生殖之神奥色里斯的化身。“金牛”初到庙堂的40天内，让女子在庙内裸体供奉，少女们纷纷把下体献给“金牛”，这是她们的一种宗教责任。
2. 黑色是黑白装饰图形的主体颜色，在一幅作品中它控制着作品的整体效果，它能体现出轻重、喜忧、从而影响整幅作品的情绪。
3. 梵高几乎没有受过什么正规的绘画训练。为弄到画布、油彩和画具而日复一日地奔波劳碌，精神上也不断处于矛盾的状态，为追求艺术的完美而承受着压力，这些即使不是他后来罹病的直接原因，也给他的生活悲剧埋下了种子。

1. 由于书房的自身特点，在侧重点上会与客厅配画略有不同。
2. 画挂在以坐姿为主的室内，则不宜太高。如果画挂在以立姿为主的空间，则可以挂在较高的位置，当画位于沙发上方时，则不可太低。
3. 卫生间地面选用防滑材料铺设，高度应低于其他地面10～12毫米，地漏应低于地面10毫米左右，以利于排水。
