- 红、橙色有引起兴奋的作用，也会引起不安和神经紧张，蓝、青色则有镇静作用，易在心理上产生清洁、镇静、肃穆的感觉，大面积使用甚至给人以荒凉感。
- 黑与白的搭配一直以来被认作是经典，无论时尚的风向怎样吹，也会有黑白的一席之地。也正因为纯粹，所以在应用上无需大费笔墨，即能自成一格
- 红色：刺激和兴奋神经系统，增加肾上腺素分泌和增强血液循环。但接触红色过多时，会产生焦虑和身心受压的情绪，使易于疲劳者感到筋疲力尽。所以，在寝室或书房应避免使用过多的红色。
