1. 野兽主义得名于1905年巴黎的秋季沙龙展览，当时，以马蒂斯为首的一批前卫艺术家展于同一层厅的作品，引起轩然大波。有人形象地将这些画称作“一罐颜料掼在公众的面前”。而那位后来创出“立体主义”名称的《吉尔·布拉斯》杂志的记者路易·沃塞尔，则突发灵感地想到了这一恰也合适的名称。
2. 藝術家菲勞生諾斯抄襲來自龐貝的亞力山大馬賽克，他用了大約150萬固小立體的石頭和玻璃來複製亞力山大在伊斯之役。

1. 在画的上方添加适当的灯光，有为画加分的效果，一般而言灯光不可离画太近，以免对画产生损害，另外，加装玻璃板时，应注意反射光的不良影响。
2. 光源最好从左侧后方射入，以利于书写阅读等活动的进行。在写字台位置设置的书写台灯或墙上设置的壁灯光源，也应从左后方或左前方照射过来。
3. 门口、壁橱门口、书橱门口必须用实木收口！用木皮直接贴到门口上，这是木工偷懒的做法，时间长了，很容易出现问题
