1. 办公桌的排列应按照直线对称的原则和工作程序的顺序，其线路以最接近直线为佳，防止逆流与交叉现象。同室工作人员应朝同一个方向办公，不可面面相对，以免相互干扰和闲谈。
2. 在较低的位置按照射灯，可以营造出星光的地面效果。
3. 选画的过程，应强调自己喜欢永远是最好的，艺术顾问只是从旁帮助自己突出完美的想法。最好的方法是自己一个人静下来慢慢品位。
