1. 康定斯基将色彩与音乐等同起来，让人们能够“聆听”绘画，“描绘”音乐。
2. 野兽派 1905年产生于法国的松散的美术社团。这个社团没有共同遵守的明确目标。没有发表过宣言和理论主张。野兽主义这个名称是偶然产生的。
3. 所谓“拉斐尔前派”是罗赛蒂和亨特、密莱三人所发起组织的一个协会“P、R、B、”所形成的画派，活动时间不长，但在十九世纪英国绘画史上影响不小。
