1. 空白在装饰图形中能形成独特的美。它明快、开阔，运用在不同位置具有不同的作用，不同形状中的空白能有效地对黑形加以修饰。

2. 橱柜的高度以适合最常使用厨房者的身高为宜。台面高度在80～85厘米；工作台面与吊柜底的距离约需50～60厘米；而放双眼灶的炉灶台面高度最好不超过60厘米。
3. 书房的空间一般来说都比较小，所以应把握好尺幅上的选择，过大会导致强烈的压迫感，过小则不但给油画自身带来了局限，而且会部分丧失其应有的功效。
